As our Country Manager UK, you build up and take care of our representation in the UK. Driving forward the development of our group of companies, you use synergy effects through a strong network of border controllers and customs pilots in Germany. In this position you have full responsibility for business consulting extension in your country. You set up operations and find and support all national business relationships, possibly by finding suitable staff or creating a national partner network. You are primarily responsible of quality assurance and controlling in your country. Furthermore, the contact to authorities and associations is in your hands. You also support your parent comany in setting up new local business areas. As our Country Manager UK, you are our highest corporate representative in all public and employee matters.
As Country Manager in UK, it’s important to have experience with building a start-up successfully. It would be great if you have consultancy experience, too. You have a high customer and service orientation and you already have experience in operational customs clearance import/export, logistic processes and foreign trade in the UK. Near-native in English, you are characterized by a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, a high level of commitment, and the ability to work with a team. Due to our German basic structure, it would be desirable if you have already gained professional experience in a German environment and are fluent in German communication.You have studied economics, law or finance or comparable professional experience. You work independently and in a structured manner. You are a team player and like to help the next generation in customs.
